Ephemeral File Retention Policy

SwiftFlow.io is designed around ephemeral processing. Files exist on our infrastructure only as long as strictly required to deliver the result you asked for.

What is temporary

• Uploaded files — deleted immediately after processing.
• Processed results — accessible briefly via a signed download link.
• Signed download links — expire automatically within 30 minutes.
• Expired records — removed by a scheduled cleanup worker.

No permanent storage

SwiftFlow.io is not a file storage service. We do not back up user files, we do not keep long-term copies, and we do not maintain a recovery system. Once an item expires it cannot be retrieved.

Why this matters

The ephemeral model is the privacy guarantee — there is no long-lived dataset to leak, index, or subpoena. It is a deliberate product choice, not an oversight.
