Privacy Policy

SwiftFlow.io is operated by Moazart Production (Haarlem, Netherlands). The platform is designed around a single principle: your files belong to you, and we only keep what is strictly required to operate the service.

No account, no profile

Using SwiftFlow.io does not require registration, email, phone number, or any personal identifier. We do not create user profiles, and we do not associate file activity with any individual.

Temporary processing

• Free files are processed locally in your browser whenever possible.
• Large files are uploaded to an isolated temporary cloud worker, processed, and deleted.
• Result download links are signed and expire automatically.
• Expired files and results are removed by a scheduled cleanup worker.

Technical logs

We keep minimal technical events (job created, payment confirmed, cleanup ran) for operational reliability. These events are tied only to your opaque session token and never include file contents.

Payments

Large-file processing is offered as a one-time guest payment processed by Stripe. We do not create customer accounts, store card details, or open subscriptions.

Your rights

Because we do not collect personal data, most data-subject requests do not apply. If you have a specific concern, please contact us via the contact page.
